Good for location and price
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet st in beacon hill, great location, reasonable price, apt is well laid out to maximize space. Tenants are quiet and friendly. They take in and out AC units for you. Right next to laundromat. Overall enjoyed living here. Two door entrance for safety
Cons:
Not quick to handle maintenance requests. Rarely give notice when maintenance is coming if there is an outstanding request. Sometimes front door does not lock all the way. A few times in the winter gas wont get filled or a pipe will burst and you wont have hot water. Theres an intercom for the building but it doesnt work. You can only pay rent by check and they often lose your checks so you have to cancel them and resend them which is a pain for everyone
Advice to owner:
Be more transparent and timely about maintenance requests
