Overall good apt with new management but left with mice issue
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location - close to both 456 and Q train. Overall street is quiet minus sometimes when people doublepark and block the entire street.
Cons:
Near the end of the lease around around fall 2022 the apt building had a mice issue. Saw two inside the apartment. The super didnt seem too invested in fixing the problem.
