The most amazing tight knit community in Dumbo
Former Tenant

Small building with great neighbors, beautiful apartments and easy access to BK and Manhattan
Cons:
Given the large size of apartments and huge windows, the heating is not optimals

Elevated, friendly and well kept building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Elevated, friendly and well kept building, with a co-op board that really cares about the environment we live in. Super is great and attentive.
Cons:
Construction in the Dumbo area is definitely negatively impacting the quality of life in the area, the noise and pollution is incessant. That being said, the construction directly next door to this building is almost finished.
Property management isn't great, but didn't need to deal with the much.

Great building, amenities and location
Former Tenant
Pros:
Huge bright apartments, amenities are great and a block away from the subway and water but not near all the tourists.
