- Super is very responsive and quick - Building common spaces are very well managed - Gym in the basement and cute courtyard
Cons:
- Rent increase with no explanation (not by a large amount, though) - Actual apartment layout is not ideal

- The super is the sweetest person and is extremely responsive. He takes care of everything. - clean building - relatively noise free - nice appliances and apartments
Cons:
- building management takes a very long time to respond to anything
Advice to owner:
Respond to people faster but overall a great place to live
