Bright & Cosy unit, kinda dirty
Former Tenant
Pros:
Unit was bright and neighbors were nice. Good super.
Cons:
One Neighbor threw cigarettes in the stairwell constantly with no efforts to stop it. Stairwell was dirty.
Advice to owner:
Please keep the stairwell clean and stop the tenant throwing cigarette butts

Don’t do it
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location. Near dog parks and several great restaurants and bars
Cons:
Roaches the entire time we lived here. No matter how many times we had pest control show up, we still would have roaches in our kitchen. At least 1-3 times a year, we would get mice. Building management is basically impossible to reach. Other tenants in the building are filthy. Someone in the building constantly tosses cigarette butts in the stairwell. People will smoke cigarettes in the building common area. Young kids toss candy wrappers in the stairwell, sometimes the candy itself, dirty napkins, and any other junk they can think of. Our bedroom window will leak when it it rains heavy and management never addressed it. We contacted them several times and they always had an excuse.
Advice to owner:
Raising rent $1000 after being a tenant for 1 year is insane . Our apartment was full of roaches and nobody did anything to solve it. 3000 a month to live in this trash can of a building is insulting.
