Awesome building, not super responsive management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building has great amenities, free bike parking, clean, great gym
Cons:
Management can be very slow to respond via all forms of communication. All issues were resolved, just not very quickly.

Perfect location, big rooms
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is super clean and well-kept. Loved the high ceilings and massive bedrooms. Rooftop is amazing. The location of this apartment is my absolute favorite. Clean laundry room + gym. Truly central air
Cons:
I couldn't hear my neighbors but the sound travels SO WELL within the apartment. Wall between my room + roommates was paper thin, or nonexistent.
Advice to owner:
fine residents who destroy the rooftop furniture

Great apartment nice building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Lots of sunlight, clean building in a nice neighborhood
Cons:
Management sometimes takes a few days to respond but almost all of the time is timely and always completes requests. Rent is raised annually
