Has everything you need with a few extras

Pros:
You can have one bedroom and bath to yourself and rent the other so you can pay rent which means you can live rent free. There is like a tablet right next my apartment door so I can look outside and open the public door. I have no problems with heat and the water pressure is do able for me.
Cons:
Sometimes going down the stairs I would see one or two stains on the walls. And when rain comes in it would leak into the public hall. But I hope that problem would be fixed really shortly.
Advice to owner:
Maybe week by week or month by month clean in the public hall because I don’t know how it would get dirty that easily. Maybe it’s just my neighbors but I would see coffee or any liquid stains on the wall and door.
