Great deal for the area everything nearby

Close to a park, rooftop seating, nice neighbors
Cons:
Day traffic and noise, need improvement on common areas, lobby and stairs is stained and looks dirty.

- Great location - Chill neighbors - Very responsive property management company - Came with AC units - Nice units - Good water pressure/heat - Monthly pest control
Cons:
- Laundry is in basement which had rats when I lived there, I know they brought an exterminator but still. - Didn’t get deposit back due to total nonsense
