    Pros:
    Great school district
    Close to the train and buses
    Many restaurants and stores close by
    Cons:
    Constant bed bug problem
    Heating problems
    Hot water problems
    Leaking roofs
    Non responsive owner
    Advice to owner:
    Fix the problems instead of pushing them off.
