You Can Find A Better Apt - Beware!!
Former Tenant
Pros:
The community is clean, quiet with families and in a beautiful area.
Cons:
Read the google reviews, the management company has a history of not maintaining their properties, this one included - there are a mix rent stabilized apts, condos and fair market apts. The tenants who are older with rent stabilized apts meet regularly with a non-profit to discuss the on-going outstanding building and apt repairs the building is responsible for, however, will make excuses, not complete, ignore or hire a contractor who is not qualified to do quick cosmetic fixes, however lots of leaks in the building, the plumbing, water pressure and heat does not work properly. They will also retaliate and harass tenants who report issues to 311. Not worth the stress.
Advice to owner:
Do the right thing and maintain the building, without harassment.
