Landlord Dose not care about tenants in anyway!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Super in building is very nice and is attentive to tenants.
Cons:
Landlord never responds to tenants phone calls and mostly disregards any if all concerns from tenants. Disrespectful to the point of not caring about what tenants are going through. Simple does not have any concern or care about good people that live in his building.
Advice to owner:
Need to care and listen to the people who rent from you. The act of only carrying about money over people’s is dead wrong. The disrespectful attitude that come from office needs to stop!
