Great Building and Landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
Apartments are huge, lots of closets, modern appliances. Building is very clean. Garbage is disposed of daily. Landlord and superintendent are very receptive and responsible.
Cons:
No issues at all. Loved this building.
Advice to owner:
Keep doing what you are doing đź‘Ť
