Decent for the time we lived there
Former Tenant
Pros:
1. Live in super
2. Great, quiet neighborhood
3. Close, easy access to a lot of stores within walking distance
4. Super was responsive to maintenance request
5. Relatively, quiet building not a lot of noise throughout the day/night
Cons:
1. The building itself was a little dated, the lobby could use updating.
2. Trash would pile up on the stairs leading to the basement instead of residents placing it in the garbage
3. In the winter, the pipes froze but we were informed to leave the water on a bit to avoid that in the future. Once we did that, we didn't have an issue again.

Its okay .
Former Tenant
Pros:
My neighbors and community is friendly.
Cons:
The garbage was never removed and piles up. Old building so needs repairs and the super is cool but he shows a lack of fixing things.

Newly renovated apartment 8C
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet and newly renovated
Cons:
Superintendent is the worst! Does not fix anything. I lived here for a year had a bursted pipe under my sink that was only fixed after 3 weeks by my husband. Ceiling leak that was never fixed until I moved. Guy that lives above this apartment is awful.
Advice to owner:
Remove the super and clean this building up. Garbage room is always disgusting.
