Luxury prices without the luxury amenities
Former Tenant
Pros:
Spacious bedroom Ok rooftop common space Washer/dryers in basement
Cons:
Huge package theft problem The roof is is disrepair Carpets/stairwells need cleaning Gym has been closed the entire time I’ve lived here with no kickback from management Management is generally unhelpful Cheap appliances
Advice to owner:
Take care of your tenants - secure the building to stop theft, add additional security measures, be more empathetic particularly during a pandemic.
