Roach city but overall good building/ neighbors/landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
-Responsive site manager who can fix anything -new building thats well maintained -stainless steel appliances -neighborhood near stores and public transportation -elevator building -never heard the tenants above walking around though walls aren't sound proof
Cons:
-Infested with roaches -small units -next to a mental health facility(though no one has made me feel unsafe) -liquor store at end of block with bums hanging outside constantly
