beautiful building
Former Tenant
Pros:
There are amazing high ceilings, nice appliances, decent bathrooms, laundry & garbage on every floor, and two elevators. Lots of families in this building so it's pretty quiet on the weekends. The most secure place to get your packages delivered in the city probably. The doormen are pretty nice.
Cons:
Not a lot of natural light (in our apt). This is a condo building and we rented from someone who owned our condo. This was a huge pain for moving in and out there are so many rules. The area is quiet so not for people looking for nightlife.
Advice to owner:
Nothing really because every condo is owned by someone else, so it depends on who you get if you're renting.
