Great Apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
Lived there for 3 years. Super was there often if we needed anything. Renovated (2018) and clean.
Cons:
Garbage Disposal - initially we would leave it on the street but then started leaving it outside our door and super would collect. Made it easier for us but just odd.
Advice to owner:
Keep it up
