Nice Spot in Good Location
Former Tenant

management does not care about tenants
Former Tenant
Pros:
the walls in this building are very thick, so even though there are frequent parties, it's very quiet
Cons:
we've had many problems and the super would frequently ignore us, there are constant package thefts which management does not care about, and the street does not feel safe at night (more something for young women to keep in mind than a knock on management)
Advice to owner:
more responsive

great apartment, rough block
Former Tenant
Pros:
the aparment itself is great, new appliances, super tall ceilings, good neighbors for thos right out of college
Cons:
the aparment is very close to the NYCHA housing, there are constant sirens coming to rivignton due to the proxmity to a fire house. i have come home many times to people smoking illicit substances on the stoop.

Superintendent is not reliable
Former Tenant
Pros:
- Never had an issue with cockroaches or rodents
- friendly neighbors (though a lot of young people fresh out of college)
Cons:
- packages getting stolen (packages are just placed in the area where you enter the building)
- newly renovated but hired lazy contractors so some things are just off or don’t make sense
- superintendent is not reliable (you have to really nag him to get things done)
Advice to owner:
New superintendent

Great location, Poorly maintained building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building mgmt, including super, was very responsive and helpful
