I’m comfortable here
Former Tenant
Pros:
High ceilings. No roaches or rats. I’ve been here 2 years and only seen 3 cockroaches on separate occasions, all after a rainy day.
Cons:
The heat is NOT sufficient enough. I have to use a heater which sky rockets my coned bill.
Advice to owner:
Fix the heat

Decent, Not Perfect
Former Tenant
Pros:
My unit faces the rear, which means it's been mostly very quiet. There is a restaurant with backyard seating below my window, but there's only noise from 11am - 10pm, at most. Water pressure is good, and of course the location is great.
Cons:
Some neighbors are loud and there seems to be a lot of college students in the building. Some neighbors have left trash in the hallways. The heat doesn't seem to be working properly, especially for a unit of this size (studio).
Advice to owner:
Turn up the heat and work with tenants to try to regulate the noise.
