Mgmt Company is Psychotic
Former Tenant
Pros:
Spacious, big bright windows overlooking the park, nice location, great rooftop.
Cons:
Bedbugs, multiple scares starting on one floor and slowly creeping to all others. Mice. Ceiling leaks mgmt would refuse to address. There’s a lot of water damage that’s simply been painted over. Mgmt entering apt to “show” it while we were still on our lease without notifying us.
