Pros:
- Good restaurant near
- There is a garden usually quiet
Cons:
- Creepy guy living in the basement
- Loud T-swift parties
- Sometimes the door doesn't work

Virtual doorman system for remotely buzzing in deliveries, recessed lighting
Cons:
Mice in walls, hard to reach landlord/super, not well maintained building, old and dirty,
Advice to owner:
Remodel and get rid of mice!!
