Landlord is abusive towards women tenants
Former Tenant
Pros:
Brick walls I guess
Cons:
Owner has verbally abused me, simply for asking him to do his job. Resorts to personal attacks, valled me fat, ugly, and stupid. Do not live here.
Advice to owner:
Grow up

Nice units in good neighborhood
Former Tenant
Pros:
- new appliances - tiled bathroom and kitchen - nice wood floors - someone came by to sweep weekly
Cons:
- some holes in walls not patched up - landlord patched holes with steel wool instead of actually fixing - sometimes there’s noise on the street

Frat house building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Owner is very responsive and always available
Cons:
-very loud building -other tenants are all very young and extremely loud. Leave opened alcohol containers all over the stairs, smells like weed 24/7 -you’re living above joyface so in addition to the noise in the building, the noise from the bar travels in as well. I had to get a noise machine and sleep headphones just so I can sleep Wednesday-Saturday

Landlord is a joke, and a danger to tenants
Former Tenant
Pros:
Heat is pretty good in my apartment, but I’ve also had neighbors that had it so cold they could see their breath
Cons:
Landlord repeatedly turns off utilities without notice leaving us without water or power whenever he wants. He is unresponsive and combative, including banging on my door at 1 am.
Advice to owner:
Sell the building to someone who can run it.
