Don’t move here. Seriously.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Appliances are nice?
Cons:
Cockroaches everywhere. I mean everywhere. Rats in the laundry machines. If you complain, immediate threat of eviction. Super walked into my apartment without permission. Everything is easy to break into. Pipes broke the other week, and they exploded into our showers. Complaints led to blame on other tenants. Super smokes in the hallways - if you complain, immediate eviction threat. Our door wouldn’t lock for the first month+ when we moved in and when I called 311 - eviction threat.
Advice to owner:
Get a management company so you don’t get sued. And stop being awful to your tenants.

It’s fine
Former Tenant
Pros:
Next to a garden, laundry in building.
Cons:
We had a leak that never got fixed just covered up everytime it was an issue. The street can get loud given the neighborhood. Super became unresponsive. Lots of packages get stolen. The 2nd door didn’t have a lock for a long time and the buzzer system is so flawed it’s a joke. Oh and laundry was broken for so long we ended up at a laundromat for a couple months
Advice to owner:
Clean the place! Fix things timely.

Fine living arrangement
Former Tenant
Pros:
The super was friendly and the apartment came clean and well taken care of. Never had issues with neighbors and it was pretty quiet, more by virtue of location than anything else.
Cons:
Took a really long time to sort a bug issue, was quite frustrating as tenants.
Advice to owner:
When tenants tell you a problem is serious, take them at their word!

Former Tenant
Pros:
Relatively clean and orderly; well run laundry and garbage
Cons:
Stolen packages are a problem
Advice to owner:
Crack down on package thieves or have a package room

Cons:

Advice to owner:
