Pros:
Very clean, management was always very responsive and repairs were done efficiently, quiet building, amazing location, trash rooms super clean
Cons:
would prefer not to need to use an app to open the building's front door, but the doormen typically open it for you anyways

Pros:
the doormen are very freindly and the location is great.
Cons:
Take a while to fix things when not avoiding fixing at all. abounded units in the back. half of the laundry machines have been out of order for a while now. The management office lied to me more than once.
Advice to owner:
Get a better management company.

Having a. door man was very helpful. Excellent location. It was a quiet street where you could walk to more lively parts of Alphabet City
Cons:
It a one bed room converted into. a three bedroom so it was a tight space. There’s was laundry in unit but the machine was so loud

Pros:
Most of the doorman are incredibly nice and friendly. Never have to worry about packages stolen / lost. New super is very responsive and helpful with any issues. Street noise is very quiet with great places on nearby streets. Neighbors are nice and respectful
Cons:
Lots of issues pop up for the super to deal with. Heating / AC are not great so summers are too hot and winters too cold with insane energy bills.
Advice to owner:
Keep a larger pool of doorman so they don't burn out
