Do you like overheating?
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great light, security cameras, amazing location and in unit washer dryer.
Cons:
Leaking roof, cockroaches, extremely hot apartments with little to no windows. Our rent was doubled if we wanted to resign and they went from charging us $3.5K a month to $6.5K. Not worth it.

Good building for a reasonable price
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean building, nice neighbors, great neighborhood, on a nice tree-lined street
Cons:
Property management company (Ikon) was fair and reasonable but sometimes slow to respond. There’s a fire station about 2-3 blocks away you could hear sirens from, but we were on the top floor so we weren’t blocked from any noise. Assume 2nd-3rd floors would’ve been better
