Solid (but overpriced)
Former Tenant
Pros:
- Nice area in the neighborhood
- Apartments aren’t too old considering they’re in EV
Cons:
- People steal packages a lot
- Very small fridges

Management company is the worst
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is great, Clean, awesome maintenance guy
Cons:
No gas service for 5+ months, changing gas to electric stove without telling tenants, major construction without any notification, zero communication from property management about issues, tried to enter my apartment for 3+ hours of construction with no prior notice, heat constantly goes out, front door has issues that leave building with out locks
Advice to owner:
Get a better management company and communicate much better
