Glad I don’t live here anymore
Former Tenant
Pros:
Best street in LES
Cons:
The management here was no bueno. Was it the worst ever? No. Am I so glad I don’t have to deal with the cockroach infestation or the management who is rude and never get things done? Yes!
Advice to owner:
Get your BS together

140 Orchard St, Manhattan NY 10002
Former Tenant
Pros:
-great location — close to the subway and to lots of restaurants/bars/clubs -never felt unsafe at night because it was always so lively -apartment unit itself was very nice, W/D in unit, sizeable living room, and lots of natural light
Cons:
-management is unresponsive -sometimes the garbage room overflows — even though the trash is taken out regularly, people just have too much of it -since this building is in the heart of LES, there will be a decent amount of noise -steep stairs

Great Community, Terrible Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
The Lower East Side is incredible and the location is probably the biggest sell for this apartment.
Cons:
Dirty building, terrible management, vomit in the stairwell for two weeks and management did nothing, constant issues with our unit and months long response time from management, rude and careless staff that runs the building.
Advice to owner:
If you are going to charge people the ridiculous amount that you are, you need to treat your building better and hire better people to manage your property. Good people are being driven out.
