Lovely Apt Building

Pros:
My unit faced the rear and was SO quiet, especially for LES. Never encountered a rodent or an insect. Very responsive building management, any problem was resolved with urgency and care.
Cons:
Hallways were a littttle dirty. But multiple times a week someone would come to clean them. Sometimes the doors would break but the next business day to why would be fixed.

Loud but heart of LES

Pros:
Great location. Have had no issues with pests.
Cons:
Very loud with thin walls. Extremely small studio apartment. Building can get dirty especially on the weekends. Management not very helpful or responsive
