Loud but fairly well managed
Former Tenant
Pros:
Trash available on all floors, bins are small but management collects it everyday. In general, the building is kept well/clean. Small management company, which means you speak to the same people and can have relationships.
Cons:
It is EXTREMELY loud in the street facing apartments. It's not just that Bowery itself is loud, that should be expected but it's like the windows don't offer any sound relief at all.
Despite there being a package room, packages are always just left thrown in the front, so missing packages is an issue.
Your key card only gives you access to your floor and you cannot ride the elevator without your card. While the safety is nice, it means whenever you have a guest or delivery you have to go get them from downstairs.

Great except floors 5 and 6.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean, modern, great lay out.
Cons:
Noise insulation between floors 5, 6, and 7 are non existent. Simple walking creates sounds that echo throughout the apt below. It sounds like a t-Rex walking.
Advice to owner:
Re-insulate the floors between floors 5,6, and 7 to reduce the noise!!!
