    Mouse Infested Building
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Very little fuss, no one in your business, kind neighbors, great location
    Cons:
    The whole building is infested with mice and the landlord is unresponsive at best, uncooperative at worst. Over a year lease we were able to get an exterminator into the apartment 4 out of the 15 or so times we asked. Each time it took significant pestering.
