Great location, and okay apartment for being more affordable

Pros:
Location, affordable, and decently spaced rooms
Cons:
Had 2 mice in our apartment and would often have to wait a month before pest control came

Super was great but management sucks

Pros:
Live in super is super helpful. Got my deposit back so that’s cool I guess.
Cons:
Management is really hard to get a hold of. I emailed them five times when covid started to ask about cleaning protocols and rent reduction. They never responded. When I emailed that I was moving out, I got a reply in 5 minutes essentially begging me to stay.
Advice to owner:
Email people back.
