nice studio but weed store is bummer

renovated studios and mostly clean
Cons:
weed store in building that is kinda sketchy. They smoke weed outside and inside and gets into apartment..
Advice to owner:
dont rent to weed stores

Small studio, best location

Pros:
Great location especially if you citibike. Newly renovated studio with lots of sunlight.
Cons:
Some pests. Boiler/pipes broke many times during winter which meant days without heat/hot water.
