Decent for EV
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location, 10th Street is nice and quiet, garbage management is good, no issues with safety in this area
Cons:
Roaches, property manager was often difficult to deal with, horrid upstairs neighbor at the time of occupancy (NYU student)
Advice to owner:
Roaches were inevitable in our unit despite all our best measures taken, please take a more proactive approach to extermination including in the halls and basement
