Pros:
The apartment is in a great location
Cons:
We had something go wrong frequently, had rats in our apartment, and problems with water coming in the apartment when it rains

dog friendly, nice in unit heaters, good water presssure.
Cons:
tiny units, occasional roaches, tough to get things fixed.
