Wouldn't recommend it
Former Tenant
Pros:
Amazingly convenient location, small but good size apartment, only saw mice once and they sent a guy to put poison for it within the week
Cons:
Hot water always smelled like eggs, water never stayed hot for more than 3 minutes and they would NOT EVER come and fix it for you (I talked to multiple other tenants who were neighbors of mine who had these same two issues and they were never fixed for them either), mice, other tenants are bad about just putting their trash in the actual cans downstairs so it can pile up for days at a time downstairs and smell very bad, you pay for your own heat and hot water (not like you get any anyways but still)
Advice to owner:
Take care of the water situation! It shouldn't smell like egg anytime the hot water is running, and also only last for 3 minutes total!

bad experience with the apt
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to the L train great food in the area
Cons:
really bad materials were used to construct the building, had mice problems and the landlord did little to help solve the issue.
Advice to owner:
be better

I wouldn’t live here again
Former Tenant
Pros:
Somewhat good noise levels and a good location.
Cons:
Hot water doesn’t last more than 10 minutes. Building is massively mice infested. Management doesn’t seem to care that much. You end up being responsible for both, heat and hot water.
Advice to owner:
Respond to complaints better.
