Not the worst
Former Tenant
Pros:
I like that my unit is new. Landlord is fairly responsive.
Cons:
Dirty, leak in ceiling when it rains that has not been fixed, no buzzer for visitors, poor quality fixes.
Advice to owner:
Clean up the stairwells/hallways. Add a buzzer for visitors

Absolute rathole building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location. Close to a Whole Foods, and good access to the East Village and Lower East Side. Not far from the subway.
Cons:
Rats, roaches, mosquitoes - you name it, they’ve got it. Management did not even pretend to care. Apartment was cramped and in poor condition.
Advice to owner:
I hope you’ve cleaned up your act since I lived there, but if not, please do better.

I wouldn’t move here again
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location if you’re an artsy person who loves to party
Cons:
Rats. Giant cockroaches. Water leaks. No laundry in building. Never cleaned. Druggies hanging around outside all day.
