Great location, common areas kept clean, regular trash pick up, solid security
Cons:
Being above Pinky’s Space, a very odd business (not sure what they do exactly) that can get noisy
Advice to owner:
Not much to improve! An online portal to pay rent would be great.

great location for the building. no issues with pests
Cons:
no way to see whose coming into the building, which means you end up letting just about anyone inside. no package control.
