Great quiet building, new management has let some things fall by the wayside
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet, clean, good neighbors, very responsive management, quick to resolve issues
Cons:
No elevator, new management got rid of old live in super who was amazing at keeping the building clean and removing garbage in a timely manner. Building is now not cleaned as often and garbage piles up frequently

UNSAFE with Unresponsive super and owner
Former Tenant
Pros:
Amazing Location…close proximity to trains, restaurants, bars and shopping
Cons:
Where to begin? A super who half fixes a problem every time and says he will be back the next day only to never return, a basement that is like walking through the scary haunted attic from a horror film, washers and dryers that half work, heat that will inevitably go out on the coldest days (just search 311.nyc.gov for complaints), etc. rent at your own risk. Recently (9/13/22) a brick was used to break into the front door and someone stole packages.. The super doesn’t answer and has a voicemail that is full. And they have chosen to tape up the door with clear packing tape. The owner is completely unresponsive to emails. UNSAFE BUILDING!

Quiet Place, Great Super
Former Tenant
Pros:
Washer & Dryer in building. Quiet building (no excessive noises from neighbors). The live in super and management are quick to respond.
Cons:
Maintenance folks not adhering to COVID mask recommendation. Some appliances are 20+ years old (but working).
Advice to owner:
Make the minor to apartment before move in (kitchen spray faucets with missing buttons, etc.

Great building, especially given its age
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very clean, great heat, good water pressure, good size windows.
Cons:
Thin walls you can hear your neighbors through (slightly but noticeably). Needs more trash cans (often get full quickly). No washer/dryer.
