An okay first-out-of-college apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
Rent is reasonable for the area
Cons:
Paying rent in person every month. Unresponsive maintenance. Ineffective pest control

Decent building on a great block
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s nothing fancy but the apartments are relatively — very relative to the EV, not the rest of the country — spacious. When you need something fixed, the super is usually pretty quick to take care of it.
Cons:
Old with cheap finished, janky appliances, and shoddy construction. Definitely had issues with roaches and mice, especially with restaurants on the first floor. Dirty halls, ancient intercom.

Good apartment, great area
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good size apartment for a good price
Cons:
Super isn’t very responsive so far, but we have only bugged him for little things during the pandemic.
Advice to owner:
It would be nice if there was shred space to keep a bike.
