55 2nd Ave
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is really great and overall the building is always taken care of in the stairway areas. There are cameras on every floor which makes us feel safe and when there are issues (bc in this city at this price point there always will be) they do always eventually get addressed.
Cons:
Had some bathroom issues for sure they are very small and aligned at every floor. Go through periods of time where hot water is harder to get than other times. Have seen a few roaches but always dead.
