Lived here for a few years
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location, some neighbors were nice, you can do whatever you want.
Cons:
When I moved in there were LOTS of roaches, thankfully management got them under control, however building is dirty and you have to seal / paint your own place. Also management is unresponsive for the most part
Advice to owner:
I wouldnt rent here again but it wasn't horrible

73 2nd Avenue
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice neighbors and the super really tries to help you.
Cons:
Some problems with cockroaches in 2020-2021, that improved, otherwise lots of weird people outside and can get really loud.
