Small and Expensive, but Clean!
Former Tenant
Pros:
This building is quite clean. Stairways are mopped frequently, they have exterminators coming monthly. I never had an issue with pests.
Cons:
It is quite expensive and small for the amount of space we had.
Advice to owner:
Rent could be lower.

Unhelpful Management -
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very close to Astor Pl and subway.
Cons:
Management is hard to contact. Had issues with unhoused people living on the property for months and management did not help alleviate the issues with trash and harassment that resulted from it.
Advice to owner:
Actually respond to tenants' concerns.

Pretty good place for College Students, just pricey $$$
Former Tenant
Pros:
I lived on the top floors, and it was newly renovated, clean, barely any pests. Never seen a roach or a bed bug which is awesome. The super is very nice and responsive.
Cons:
Moving in and out was a little difficult since we lived above the 4th floor of this walkup. The upper floors get quite hot year round, which is expected for summer, heat make the apartment pretty warm in the winter. Just make sure you have air conditioning and that you're able to make the climb. The building has 6 floors. The rent was pretty expensive for a really small space.
Advice to owner:
It's one of the best apartments I've stayed in. I know it's a bustling area, but it's quite expensive for a small space though.
