Not so great
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good neighbors, no pest issues, fine renovations when I moved in
Cons:
No heat for 1.5 weeks in winter of 2022 with zero response from management, in fact my parents had to go to their office in Great Neck just to speak to someone, who then hid from them so they wouldn't have to face them.
