Typical East Village Experience
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very close to pretty much everything that the city has to offer. Neighbors are chill and keep to themselves. The live-in super is nice and responsive.
Cons:
Cons are just general East Village gripes: the noise (ambulance sirens at 3 in the morning are pretty typical), dirty streets, small space. But again, it’s East Village so you can’t really escape those.

Hands off, easy to work with
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good management company, fixed anything I requested. Nearby super, not nosey. Let me move out early w/o penalty.
Cons:
Dirty hallways and common areas. Lots of package theft
Advice to owner:
Security cameras in the entry would have been appreciated
