Decent apartment in the area

-Good location -Lots of cabinet space
Cons:
-Very loud for units facing 2nd Ave -Inconsistent heating across bedrooms

The location was great but not much else
Cons:
The noise levels outside and the neighbors, the landlord was unresponsive, they turned our hot water off for 7 weeks and then our heat went out in the dead of winter.
