Great location but tricky neighbors
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartment I was in was great, very large with tall ceilings and an amazing deck
Cons:
Like in most old buildings, you could hear everything the neighbor did upstairs, and I guess so could the neighbors downstairs. Everyone was cool about it (accepting that some noise is inevitable) except one neighbor who runs yoga classes out of her apartment on the first floors. The management are the owners, a lovely elderly couple who live in the other apartment on the first floor - you should have no problem with them if you are quiet and don't expect them to do much. It is an old building so expect minor plumbing issues from time to time.
Advice to owner:
None.

Great building in great location
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is a lovely townhouse and the back faces a beautiful tree garden. The location is perfect, close to pretty much everything.
Cons:
It can be a bit noisy at night, due to garbage trucks collecting trash at ungodly hours and supply trucks for Ruby’s restaurant nearby unloading in the very early morning.
Advice to owner:
Keep up the good job, not much you can do about the noise in the street.
