Soho hell hole
Former Tenant
Pros:
The location is good
Cons:
The management was horrible, they wouldn’t turn on our gas for over 3 months and threatened us when we said we would call 311. They also came and demolished our kitchen one day without warning while multiple people in the apartment were working from home trying to take calls over power tools. They also kept our security deposit past the legal anoint of time and we had to fight them to get it back.
Advice to owner:
Get a virtual doorman per the New York real estate laws

Not great apartment, great location
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very fun location, central to most neighborhoods downtown
Cons:
Management company was horrible and unresponsive Apartment was incredibly old and cramped Advertised as a 3 bedroom but 2 bedrooms were the size of queen bed and the third had 3-5 feet in excess of that. Entry door to building was always unlocked Bathroom was gross
