Great building in heart of SoHo
Former Tenant
Pros:
Apartments are all newly renovated and spacious with enormous windows that bring in lots of natural light. Ample storage space in both studios and 1 BRs alike. Neighborhood is truly top notch and tough to beat in terms of nightlife, shopping, and safety. This is the best block in the city IMO.
Cons:
I'm in a studio facing the street and sometimes in the evenings there's some noise from the crowds leaving the nearby bars. Packages are frequently left out in the front hallway before being stowed away in the virtual doorman closet (can take a day or two for super to handle). Neighbors are generally quiet though easy to hear a neighbor upstairs or down the hall as noise from right inside the door can carry easily.
Advice to owner:
I'm moving because of a 30% rent increase (fall 2022), so next time the landlord raises rates it would be great to not get priced out!

Don’t move here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Soho location is great
Cons:
1. Roaches everywhere. In apartments, in laundry, in garbage room. Don’t let the renovations fool you, there are roaches everywhere and mice on the first floor 2. Water leaks that management is slow to fix 3. Plumbing and bathroom issues 4. Walls are so thin that you can hear everything
