183 Thompson St
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building is in a good location, management will respond most of the time, hot water and heat are consistent, trash is always taken out when full, two laundry units downstairs, super is really nice
Cons:
They provide pest control that sprays every month but it's for a reason (roaches sometimes), walls are kind of thin so you can hear neighbors/people talking and walking up and downstairs, street is a loud at night especially on weekends, packages have been stolen from time to time but not consistently

Classic walk up building not that well maintained
Former Tenant

Great location. Washer and dryer on main level.
Cons:
No elevator, gross garbage situation, dirty and old units, electrical outlets completely painted over, super not very responsive, pests seen in building basement and bugs in unit.
Advice to owner:
Take better care of your property.

Paying for Location Only
Former Tenant
Pros:
A great street - great bars, shopping, restaurants, transportation nearby. Laundry room in the building is nice and the building Super is great.
Cons:
We battled a serious roach infestation for over a year and had 7 mice in the span of about 6 months. The building is old and the walls are paper thin.
