Pretty good dorm
Former Tenant
Pros:
It's a nice building located on a calm street. I always felt safe walking to class because there was never too much going on (except that one time Biden came to eat at the restaurant on the same street, Il Cantinori). Overall, very clean and never had problems with noise.
Cons:
The only thing I hated was how cold my room is. Never figured out if this was a room issue or building issue but I was freezing my toes off.

A pretty good building for student housing
Former Tenant
Pros:
Spacious rooms, recently renovated (around 2014), lots of light, good location.
Cons:
Some cockroaches were spotted on the top floor. Since it's a college dorm, some floors are quite loud.
Advice to owner:
Keep it up
